HEC Entry Test ETC 2023 weightage past papers aggregate and Merit.  The Higher Education Commission, HEC has set up an Education Testing Council to conduct the HEC Entry Test. The ETC test will be the standard test for university admissions from the fall of 2023. The test will be free for all students interested in enrolling in public and private sector universities. The test will be valid for two years. The HEC entry test for undergraduate programs will be valid for two years. The HEC will only conduct entrance tests, but universities reserve the right to select. Each university is free to set its own selection criteria.

Test Centers

Applicants may select any test center from the list available on the HEC website; however, for their own convenience, they are advised to choose a test center nearest to their residence/district of domicile.

How to Apply (Register) for HEC Entry Test (Step-by-Step Guide)

Step 1:

Go to E-Portal HEC, you will see the below interface. Just click on Register because you’re not a member, you need to have an account on it.
Step 2:
Then you have to complete the information with your nationality, CNIC, Region, password, and phone number.
The same goes for the email address that you need to provide the code that will be sent to your email
Keep in mind, that you should write the correct phone number where a code will be sent that you have to write.

Step 4:

Now go to My Profile, and complete the information of Personal DetailContact, and Education. You don’t need to complete the information for other things like Publications etc.

Step 5:

Once you reach to Education Tab, complete with the SSC and HSSC details.

Step 6: (Last Step)

Click on ETC Entry Test then Apply for Entry Test. Congratulations, now you’re good to go. But you should keep a printed copy of the document that shall be required at the later stages.
