Admission Schedule

The admission will start in the month of July and the Merit list will be displayed after the due date of submission of the online form. The Departmental test of MS and M.Mphil will be held on 05 September 2023 in respective departments. The passing percentage of MS and M.Phil test in departmental is 60% for eligible admission.

Eligibility Criteria in BS Program

Students who have a minimum of 45% marks in the last annual examination are eligible to apply for Bs Program. The admission will conform on the basis of the merit list.

Admission on Self Finance

Five Sessions on Self Finance (Morning Class) are available in all degree programs [(BS, BSc Honors Agriculture, BBA, MA / MSc Morning) (MS / MPhil Evening)] from Ghazi University, Dera Ghazi Khan. So Interested applicants (who already applied for any degree program through the online admission system) encourage to submit their written application along with academic details to the relevant HOD / Teacher in charge. So Submit on or before 11-2023 (Friday).

Admission File Transfer

So Candidates who have applied for admission in any Degree Program and are not able to secure their admission due to the:

1. Ineligibility in Applied Degree Program
2. So Merit of an Applied degree program is high

So Such Candidates can transfer their admission File on the following condition

1. Candidate transfers their admission file to a degree program, So where the candidate is eligible, seats are vacant and there is no applicant left.

Candidates can submit their applications on or before 13-11-2023.

So Ghazi University recognizes by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan as a highly educated faculty member, with well-established computer and analytical laboratories. So Libraries with state-of-the-art books and journals with digital access to a variety of scholarships and many other financial aids (PEEF, MORA, HEC / USAID need-based scholarships) for needy/gifted students.

But candidates must submit a printed copy of the online filled admission application form, photocopies of relevant academic & personal documents, along with paid bank challan of Rs. 800/- at Central Admission Desk, City Campus, by hand or through registered postage/ courier Online Form filled at Ghazi University Website.

CHUB University has the right to drop any program, So without assigning any reason. Admission to the hostel (Female only) depends upon the availability of seats. Merit determination: Percentage marks in B.A. B.Sc. or equivalent. Maximum age limit: MA/MSc 28 Years (Age relaxation of maximum 2 years.
