The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, BISE DG Khan formed in 1989 through the efforts of the then Punjab Education Minister. The Board is providing educational facilities to the students of the Dera Ghazi Khan Division. The districts of Dera Ghazi Khan, Muzaffargarh, Layyah, and Rajanpur belong to the BISE DG Khan Board. In addition to extracurricular activities, the board organizes curriculum activities for students in the region, including quizzes and various other competitions for students.
So The board also provides scholarships to candidates from affiliated areas. After completion of Matriculation and Intermediate, needy but gifted students can also pursue their studies on the basis of scholarships in various reputed institutes. Now the board is going to announce its DG Khan board.
